Carne de bovino Curry Receita:.the easy recipes

This beef Curry recipe is quite similar to a recipe of Oxford beef but a spicy version. Depending on how hot you like you could add extra peppers or pepper, Curry powder.
lb Stewing Steak1 2 1/2 oz flour1 1/2 teaspoon onion peeled and Salt1 great chopped2 oz butter3 teaspoon curry powder1 tablespoon paprika1/2 litre of dried red chilies stock2 meat finely1 minced scoop mango chutney1 spoon Worcester Sauce1 lb pineapple cubes2 bay leavesToss Stewing steak in flour and saltPut the onion in a pan with butter and FRY until softStir powder curry and paprika, FRY for 2 minutes and then add meat, stir well and cook until brown, about 5 minutes.Add the remaining ingredients to the pan, including pineapple syrup. Cover and cook in boiling for 1 1/2-2 hours until meat is tender.

With this recipe for Curry of meat, bread, Naan, mango Chutney and all other side dishes of curry goes well. You can also add Sultana for this dish to taste a bit more.

Sultana- Santana can really improve this dish, if they are good quality ones. You can add saltanas after about half an hour. This will only give the dish a extra bit of sweetness and goes well with the mango chutney on the plate.

Beef Stock To make sure that this dish is rich in flavor buy shares of meat quality ready-made available in all supermarkets. Or you could do yourself in advance.

Steaks of beef- Why not try the whole pieces of beef steak (one for each person) instead of cutting stewing cuts of steak. Make sure you each with flour and brown covers each steak before adding all the other ingredients. The cost of quality steaks is certainly worth your local butcher, or farm and this will be a very rewarding and satisfying if you went to guests about.

Minced Beef- To accelerate this dish can FRY on a chopped pot meat until brown then add the other ingredients and reduce the amount of stock used, simmer until the stock has been reduced to combine all the flavours and serve.

Rice- Beef Curry is best served with basmati rice, simple can be used, you can infuse rice with a tooth if it is to your liking. Cooking light and rice will prevent sticking together.
