Summer means cucumbers. Cucumbers usually mean salads. That after a while it can become boring. What else can you do with cucumbers?
You can pair with them with sliced onions and dress them up with cider vinegar mixed with sugar. Or you can use a combination of Cucumber and onion and stir them in sour cream and serve with a loaf of rye stout for a treat. Still, these are salad. There must be something more.
What goes well with cucumbers? Lettuce, of course. And the cheese? Sure, why not. Put cheese on salad that surpasses them. So why not use it for stuffing?
Stuffed cucumbers
You need to know:

Tzatziki
You need to know:
